At Event N Party Hire Sydney, we offer flexible payment options to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Cash Payments

Customers are welcome to pay in cash upon delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount, as our delivery personnel do not carry change. If you require a receipt, kindly inform us during the booking process, and we will provide once upon payment.

Credit Card Payments

We accept major credit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Please note that a 2.25% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions to cover processing fees. To avoid this fee, consider using our EFT/Bank Transfer option or paying in cash. If you wish to pay by credit card, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will arrange payment prior to your event. Currently, we do not accept American Express (AMEX) cards.

EFT/Bank Transfer

For your convenience, we offer Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a payment method. 

Please add or PayID after EFT;  Please note that our pay ID is 0449916430 (Event n Party Hire Sydney). 

An invoice will be issued prior to your event, and payment must be completed at least three days before the scheduled date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, alternative payment methods, such as cash or credit card, will be required.
