Our delivery fees are calculated based on several factors, including your location, the volume of equipment ordered, accessibility of the venue, and preferred delivery times. We strive to offer competitive rates by coordinating deliveries within specific regions, which helps us minimize costs for our clients. Standard deliveries are made to a single ground-level location with easy access. Additional charges may apply in the following situations:
- Deliveries to locations above or below ground level without elevator access.
- Venues situated more than 20 meters from the nearest unloading point, such as distant areas within parks or large complexes.
- Deliveries requiring navigation through stairs, escalators, steep inclines, or other obstacles.
- Large orders necessitating extra labor for loading and unloading.
- Deliveries or pickups requested outside our standard operating hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Requests for specific delivery times that fall outside our usual delivery windows.
To avoid any unforeseen issues or charges, we kindly ask that you inform us of any potential delivery challenges or specific requirements at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in refusal of delivery or additional fees charged to your account.
